I can’t say enough about this tiny house! The scenery is beautiful, the cabin itself is so cute and beautifully decorated. My boyfriend and I loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back!!

Comfortable accommodations with all the essentials. The host was very attentive to all requests which added to our ease to enjoy our visit. We’ll certainly stop in again when passing through!

This was a lovely choice for a romantic short break as summer faded into autumn. The tiny house was beautifully appointed, the “main event” being the picture window by the (comfy) bed overlooking the lake through a birch tree full of migrating warblers. The lake is just big enough for a decent paddle and very clean for swimming. You’re close to Niantic, meaning Long Island Sound, Rocky Neck State Park, and the always amazing Book Barn. Shops and restaurants nearby but you feel nicely isolated in the tiny house on the tiny island.

A short walk to downtown Mystic and easy access to many restaurants/shops! For a short trip, the space was VERY clean and the detail the host gave made for a smooth check in/check out.

Enjoyed every part of our stay. Tiny home was very well appointed and clean. Camp ground was quiet and views of the lake were wonderful. Enjoyed canoeing around the lake. Short drive to town for bakery and dinner.

Perfect as usual! Clean, quiet, awesome location with a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The condo had everything we needed. Fridge and freezer, coffee pot, microwave and all of the kitchenware you need to be comfortable. Super rental!

We had an excellent stay. Kevin is a great host. The place is extremely comfortable and well appointed. My family loved spending time on the deck enjoying nature and the beautiful views.

This is not our first time staying in one of Kevin's properties and like the others, all was perfect! The home was exactly as advertised, clean, furnished nicely and in a prime location. Mystic offers fine dining (think James Beard), unique shops and picturesque views of the water....all within a 5 minute walk from the comfortable front porch! We will return! Thank you for being an exceptional host, Kevin!

Another great spot by Kevin! Location is awesome- super close to Watch Hill. Very clean as always, everything you need without being cluttered (very organized with labels), super comfy bed!, tvs in the bedrooms, and super cute little porch by the entry way. No complaints as always!!! Highly recommended
