Kevin is so friendly and kind and he responded very quickly to the few questions I had. This is an amazing location steps away from Port of Call and The Oyster Club, he’s arranged for parking access across the street which is a premium and the kitchen and residence was very well appointed. I’d definitely stay there again!

Great area. Walkable to town and restaurants. Marina is across the street. You get a parking pass to park in the marina lot. Older home with character that goes with older homes. Kevin was responsive and helpful. Would rent again.

Spacious 2 bedroom house in a great location, so close to Mystic’s main attractions & the waterfront. We only stayed one night but it proved a great base to explore the town & local area.

This is a beautiful character house a short walk from the centre of Mystic, which feels peaceful and benefits from parking close by. There is lots to see within walking distance and more to see a short drive away. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a lovely stay in this community. We could see a number of local restaurants from the front door and only walked a couple of minutes to the local bakery for breakfast. The host Kevin was very responsive and helpful in recommending local restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed our time here
