Located directly across from the Mystic River on Water Street in Historic Downtown Mystic. Great views from the front porch! The house was originally built in 1845 but this townhouse-style apartment was completely renovated with high end materials a couple years ago and just refreshed with new couches, rugs and other furnishings in November 2023.

Completely renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with high-end finishes. First floor is open concept with living room, dining area (seating for up to 6 people), kitchen with large island, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and spacious bathroom. Second floor features 2 identically sized bedrooms with queen-sized, memory foam beds, great views of the Mystic River from the front windows and an additional bathroom with full-sized tub shower and full-sized washer and dryer. The front porch is great for sitting around and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the East over the Mystic River or for relaxing after a long day with a cold beer or a glass of wine.

Just a stones throw from two of the best restaurants in Mystic, a 3 minute walk to West Main Street shops / Mystic Pizza / Mystic Drawbridge and only a 5 minute drive to the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport. Other regional destinations such as Stonington Borough, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mashantucket Pequot Museum, Lake of Isles Golf Course, Fort Griswold, US Coast Guard Academy, US Naval Submarine Base - Groton, Watch Hill, Misquamicut State Beach and more are all within a 20 minute drive.

We had a wonderful stay in Mystic! The location couldn’t have been better, right in town and within walking distance to everything. We loved starting each morning with a walk to the bakery, and the water view from the front porch was such lovely. The space was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Kevin’s Airbnb and this experience was as great as our previous stay. The place was super clean and comfy, can’t beat that location! Kevin was super responsive and very accommodating. Walking distance to a playground which was a plus with kids! Will definitely be back again very soon!

Kevin’s place is a must-stay. Amazing location and walkable to everything in downtown Mystic. Parking was a little tricky but Kevin was responsive with questions about the parking spot across the street in the marina. Can’t beat the location. Beautiful living room and kitchen area, open concept and perfect for small groups. Comfortable beds and linens. Would definitely stay again!

Very easy place - very close to everything no car needs We stay with our kids 3 days - nice place to stay and visit museum and surrounding area . Recommended yes, visit again yes.

1 off-street parking space is included in this rental. It is conveniently located directly across the street in the marina parking lot. I have secured this parking space through a long-term lease agreement with the property owner. Additional free on-street parking is available in the general area around the rental. The Mystic Amtrak station (MYS) is about 1 mile from the apartment which is easily walkable. Taxis are readily available at the train station as well. T.F. Green Airport (PVD) is a 35 minute drive.
