The house was exactly as shown and was very clean when we arrived. Everything was ready to go for us. Kevin was always responsive in a timely manner and gave clear instructions.

Kevin's home was just as advertised! It was very nice, roomy, spotless and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable and the property is very roomy. Very nice back deck too.
Kevin was VERY responsive, always getting back to me quickly. Instructions for arriving, departing and my stay while I was there were very helpful and detailed. Lots of amenities were provided as well.
I would highly recommend this property if you're in the area and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Kevin’s place was perfect for us and the other couple we travel with. The space is very well decorated and super cozy. It was in a perfect location for us to enjoy the attractions on the water and great restaurants. Kevin was very responsive to our questions with quick and thoughtful responses.
