- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Second time staying here and it went just as smoothly as the first time! 10/10 all the way around AND a bonus I didn’t realize earlier, the cabinet in the bathroom has makeup remover wipes! He’s a girls girl fr 💅🏻

This place was incredibly peaceful and spotless. I felt right at home the entire time. Kevin was an amazing host, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
