This apartment was a great place to stay with easy parking - everything exactly as described and Kevin was a great communicator. There were even extra pillows and fans in the closets. We did sometime hear the dog mentioned in other reviews, but not when sleeping. Being able to walk into town and eat at great restaurants like The Cafe and The River Bar was such a a treat!
