Kevin was clear on instructions from the start of the reservation to the end. He was responsive the couple times I did message him. The place was clean. my peers enjoyed it no complaints. The house was Also close to the location that we needed it to be close by. everything was good no complaints

Another great spot by Kevin! Location is awesome- super close to Watch Hill. Very clean as always, everything you need without being cluttered (very organized with labels), super comfy bed!, tvs in the bedrooms, and super cute little porch by the entry way. No complaints as always!!! Highly recommended
