- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe (available May - Oct).

Beautiful quiet place to go get away from the city life. Kevin is a great host and very clear with his instructions. Smart TV, Kitchenware, Full bathroom. Everything you need to stay inside if you truly want but also have the option to be outdoors near the lake. Would recommend and already have friends and family wanting to book this Tiny home as well.

My stay was amazing and relaxing! I felt safe the entire time. The Airbnb was perfect for my little solo getaway and only 20 minutes away from Mystic. I can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the private dock and fire pit without the rain! Kevin was a wonderful host, responded quickly and is there for all your needs!
