- No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge.
- Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors.
- We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe (available May - Oct).

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place. This tiny home is on the best spot on the island. It was very quiet (although I don’t think we’re in the busy season yet)
The home was clean and neat with beautiful views of the lake.
Kevin was extremely responsive, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Kevin’s place. The calm of the lake paired with the coziness of the tiny home were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Photos were accurate and Kevin was extremely responsive, making sure we had a smooth check-in. The beach is a great hangout spot for a sunny day. The firewood bundles with the fire-starter and kindling included made it very easy to start the fire (plus, the firewood bundles were all covered to protect from rain and ensure they were dry). I’ve been to plenty of tiny homes and this is sometimes missed. It says something about Kevin’s attention to detail, which is displayed throughout the rest of the experience. Location is great and close to several stores & restaurants, while still feeling private and secluded. Will be back!

Had a relaxing stay. View of the Lake was amazing. Bed was cozy and comfy. Everything was so cute inside. Clean linens and towels. We sat outside and enjoyed the fire pit. My husband was able to fish right in front of the tiny house. We spent the night there for our anniversary. We will definitely come back. We went to Rosa Negra restaurant 5 minutes away food was amazing. This is a great stay for couples.

It was our first time renting a tiny home and the experience was wonderful. Kevin‘s place was perfect and peaceful. The place was as advertised. It was very clean. Kevin was a great host very responsive. We relaxed by just looking out on the lake and using the fire pit outside.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb. It was a beautiful location to stay at, the lake is gorgeous. Serene, calming, comfortable- everything I wanted my trip to be! Kevin was really friendly, communicable, and left very detailed instructions for amenities, as well as really helpful items inside of the tiny house to make my stay as easy as possible. Thank you Kevin! Will definitely book again!
