A modern, single-level layout designed for comfort and ease: Bedroom: Queen bed with large lakeside window, ambient lighting, built-in storage. Living Area: Seating area with TV, Bluetooth sound system, books for post-sunset relaxation. Kitchen: Compact yet complete with mini-stove, microwave, toaster, pour-over coffee setup, wine glasses, plus basic cooking supplies. Dining Nook: Cozy table with lake views—perfect for two. Bathroom: Clean and functional—hot shower, full toiletries, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. Outdoor Access Step outside to your own piece of lakeshore: shared sandy beach, comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit for marshmallows or quiet stargazing. Complimentary shared kayaks, canoe and peddle boat invite you to explore the lake at your own pace. Practical Perks Fast Wi‑Fi (≈248 Mbps) and a workspace for remote needs. Self check-in via keypad, with full instructions. Free parking right by the cabin. Safety features: smoke/carbon alarms, fire extinguisher, and driveway security camera. The Canoe Cabin is located within a boutique RV park with a handful of neighboring units nearby. The area is quiet, peaceful and safe. The cabin is a true tiny home but suitable for people of all sizes (even if you're 6' 4" like me!) It's surprisingly spacious and efficiently designed for comfort and best suited for solo travelers or couples. Wi-Fi speed is fast (248 Mbps) and suitable for remote work and video calls but may occasionally fluctuate depending on network traffic. Please note: pets are not allowed at this property. If arriving after dark, we recommend reviewing the check-in instructions, map and parking video link in advance to make finding the cabin even easier.

- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. We had an amazing stay at this lakeside tiny house! The space is incredibly cozy, with stunning views that truly make it special, pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was spotless and impressively clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything you might need. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but Kevin was super responsive and got it fixed right away. His quick help made all the difference. Overall, a fantastic experience 10/10. We’d definitely stay again!

This was a lovely choice for a romantic short break as summer faded into autumn. The tiny house was beautifully appointed, the “main event” being the picture window by the (comfy) bed overlooking the lake through a birch tree full of migrating warblers. The lake is just big enough for a decent paddle and very clean for swimming. You’re close to Niantic, meaning Long Island Sound, Rocky Neck State Park, and the always amazing Book Barn. Shops and restaurants nearby but you feel nicely isolated in the tiny house on the tiny island.

Kevin’s tiny home was the perfect choice for our one-night stay in Connecticut. Coming from just an hour away in Rhode Island, the location was fantastic: less than a 20-minute ride to Mystic. The home was spotless, with plenty of kitchen essentials provided, including pots, pans, and silverware. The large window by the bed overlooking the lake was a wonderful way to start the morning.

This tiny home on the lake was absolutely perfect! Peaceful, charming, and full of thoughtful touches. The space felt cozy, well-designed, and with everything you may could need for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the lake views was magical, and the atmosphere was so serene and refreshing. Truly a hidden gem! — This was our second stay, and we already can not wait to come back!
