- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - Not suitable for children aged 2 - 12. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe (available May - Oct).

I stayed in this tiny home and I was honestly stunned by how beautiful this place was. It looked exactly like the pictures peaceful, clean, cozy, and surrounded by such a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at peace. Everything was well kept, organized, and thoughtfully put together. The quietness and beauty of the area made it the perfect escape to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature. It truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Such a beautiful experience and absolutely worth it

This place was only 15 minutes from Mohegan Sun. It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. I had the most peaceful morning of my life outside by the lake. Much gratitude.

Staying here was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how thoughtfully designed this tiny home is—comfortable, functional, and well-equipped. The huge window by the bed overlooking the lake made mornings peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was right there. We also loved the outdoor chairs around the fire ring—perfect for unwinding at night. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This tiny home is beautiful and feels like home! It is beautifully decorated and in such a great location. It’s comfortable and has everything we needed. Firewood was easy to access as well! Kevin is an awesome host and gave clear instructions to make our stay as seamless as possible.

My husband & I were looking for a peaceful oasis for a weekend couples getaway and Kevin’s place exceeded that experience for us. The tiny home was exactly as described with beautiful views of the water. The place was squeaky clean and well stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and plenty of ice in the freezer. Kevin was proactive & sent us information on check in process ahead of check in date with a link of local places to visit recommended by locals. The only disappointment was we couldn’t use the outdoor fire pit due to weather advisory & fire hazard. But that’s beyond anyone but mother natures control. But we loved sitting outside by the water drinking coffee as much as laying in the comfortable bed watching tv with a beautiful view & sunset by the water. Kevin’s tiny home checked all our boxes for a definite return & longer stay in the very near future
