All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. We loved it here! So close to mystic so spent the days at some villages and the aquarium, but even just within walking distance of this little cabin there was so many cool and fun breakfast or lunch/dinner spots! The lake was so calm and peaceful, we brought our paddle boards and it was just such a serene experience. The view was stunning. Will totally be back!

Had an amazing time. It was such a relaxing stay. 3 days felt like 3 months. So relaxing and close to lots of places to eat and walk. Can’t wait to come back.
