All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place, this is the perfect answer. This little cottage by the water will amaze you in the morning when you wake up, it will give you positive energy and make you feel energized for the next day. Kevin is a person who is very detailed and responsive to you in a timely manner. If there is a chance again in the future I would like to come back to stay like this for a week. I love us because you will love this place as much as I do.

It’s a perfect getaway, just the right amount of space for 2 people, and it’s close to a lot of awesome restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Highly recommend if you are the type of person that likes a little bit of exploring and a little bit of relaxing. Easy to get too, clean and organized, and the pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. My boyfriend and I had a great time!
