- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe (available May - Oct).

We had a wonderful long winter weekend at this tiny home lake house. Despite a snowstorm approaching, Kevin was incredibly kind and communicative, helping ease any worries about being snowed in. He even provided shovels and made sure the main area was plowed, which we really appreciated. The space was clean, cozy, and very relaxing overall. It was a great getaway and a very positive experience —would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here!

Let’s start with it is a tiny home but not as small as we might think from pictures. The place was nice and cozy and clean everything was nearby. Kevin was the best host very responsive and helpful..I will definitely come back it was the best little getaway loved it will definitely be returning. Kevin you so awesome loved seeing you out there working.
