House Rules

- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe (available May - Oct).

This is our second time staying at Kevin’s tiny homes! My partner and I stayed for my birthday and it was so beautiful and peaceful! We appreciated the complimentary kayaks. We will definitely be back

Kevin was very helpful and directions were very easy to understand. The place is beautiful. I suffer an unexpected loss and need a place to heal and recover. This place was perfect and a blessing. This will be my future getaway every time I need some quiet and alone time. It a little piece of heaven. Kevin is a great host and very nice and responded quickly to my needs.
