House rules

All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Perfect for a quick gateway! Very clean place, amazing design and creative use of storage spaces throughout the tiny house. Love the view of a lake and watching a sunset from a HUGE window next the bed - a bonus! A must stay! Definitely will come back.

CT will always be CT but this air bnb takes you somewhere beyond that and it is one of those places you will always remember. From the glamping vibes to the water views to the comfy beds and hot water showers. If you are looking for a place wanting to escape reality for a bit this is the spot for it. Definitely recommend getting a bundle of wood and just soak in all the nature! Will be back for longer next time!
