- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge.
- Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors.
- We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Kevin was very easy to work with and a great communicator. Everything I needed was on site. I appreciate it all the tips inside the cabin that were explain prior to my arrival. These tips helped my stay be very cozy and peaceful. I'll definitely be back when the weather is warmer. Thanks, Kevin.

I surprised my girlfriend with this stay for her birthday. It’s a cozy camper feel with everything you need. The first night we walked around Niantic and went to 374 Kitchen. Our second day we spent walking around Old Saybrook, New London and Mystic and ate at The Shipwrights Daughter. We came at the end of fall so we didn’t swim or use the kayaks but in warmer months that would be a fun time too

We had a great two-day stay at Kevin’s tiny house in East Lyme. The home is modern, very clean, and well kept. The lake is right there with a clear view from the main room, which made it easy to relax.
Kevin stayed in touch and replied quickly to all messages. All amenities were super nice, functional, and as described.The included kayaks were a nice extra and we used them both days. We left with no complaints and would gladly come back. Highly recommend.

I very much enjoyed my stay at water’s edge retreat. It was the perfect quick getaway and everything was great. Check-in was super easy and Kevin sent very clear instructions on how to find the house and where to park. Beautiful views and campground was very quiet and peaceful. Well stocked with dishes, soap, coffee and a near full-size fridge. Very clean and just like the pictures. The string lights outside were a nice touch. A local grocery store, CVS and a great local donut shop are just down the street.

This was a great stay! Super clean, spacious, and relaxing. There’s plenty of room for 1-2 people. My husband and I loved this stay — reminded of us the Postcard cabins!
