- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. This was my forth time here, and as always, everything was excellent. Such a peaceful and serene place to switch off from the hectic of everyday life. We had everything that you need to have to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. The location was amazing and easily accessible and close to everything that we needed to go. The view, the accommodation and the communication with the host was very pleasant.
