- No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge.
- Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors.

My man and myself were looking for a little getaway to disconnect from society, work, just life in general and this was the PERFECT spot. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Instructions were clear and given to us well before our arrival. The place was so cozy and just like the pictures. The view of the lake was beautiful during the sunrise and the sunset. The appliances were all ready for us and made us feel right at home. As someone who’s not too big of a fan of small spaces I could be there forever.
The outside areas were fantastic though I’m sad we didn’t get to spend too much time out there due to weather but nonetheless it was amazing.
There’s just enough spaces between the RVs where you feel like there’s nobody too close or too far away.
We were very entertained and stress free during our stay. If you’re looking to disconnect from reality and society this is the perfect spot. Words cannot describe how happy I am with Kevin and the Island team for this visit! 😁

Very nice tiny home with a phenomenal view. Easy to find and easy to access. Great for couples or singles looking for a quiet escape with a great bedside view.

We loved our stay at the tiny house! Kevin was a great host and the place was spotless. Really enjoyed the beautiful view from the tiny house for our morning coffee. Conveniently close for our visit to Mystic & Rocky Neck State Park. Would stay again!

This spot was just perfect. Great location to the surrounding areas like Essex. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful! The view of the lake was stunning in the fall, the fire pit worked great, and it was cozy all around. The unit itself was very cute and comfortable, the pour over coffee carafe was a favorite! We will be back again!

Quiet, private, with an amazing view. Cozy quarters with the necessary amenities. Located tucked away on an island surrounded by the lake, this tiny home was a fun retreat from big home nonsense with everything within (almost) arms reach. Great stay if you want a view from your bed and only need minimal, yet still quite extensive, amenities. Many things to do in the area and well within driving distance of popular attractions. Host was great too with prompt responses and warm welcomes.
