House rules

All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe!

We had an amazing little anniversary at this tiny home. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Beautiful lake and alot of fun with kayaks. Lots of great places to visit most just 10-15 minutes away.

This is a beautiful tiny house on a small cozy island, the views from the tiny home are amazing. Inside it’s a modern and well laid out living space with great aesthetic. Me and my partner had a wonderful time enjoying the kayaking and relaxing on the mini beach. I highly recommend this oasis for a weekend getaway.
