- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge.
- Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors.
- We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe (available May - Oct).

I loved staying here! It was clean, well organized and everything was easy to use. Loved the amenities, how fast the WiFi was and how well put together this place was. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

I’ve used Airbnb for a few years now and I will say, this was one of the easiest and most rewarding stays yet. Check-in was super easy and the tiny home was just like the pictures if not better! I’d like to think I’m a clean freak and could find any minor inconvenience in relation to sanitation but let me point out, that was NOT the case with this home!! Absolutely stunning stay all around, extremely clean and modern. Has everything you need from clean towels and sheets to cosmetic items. Perfect view right on the water and cozy bed! I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quick get away! Lots of seasonings and pots and pans and several plates. Washer/dryer in the unit and pull out table and chairs. The fire was beautiful alongside the string lights outdoors. Just perfect! I will definitely be back!!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing weekend getaway here! Everything was exactly as described if not better. The space was spotless, peaceful, and created the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including cleaning supplies and extra accommodations that made our stay effortless. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

The cabins are beautiful and have plenty of space for two people. They’re very comfortable and peaceful. We had an excellent time and really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The lake view was spectacular even though it was frozen, it made the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The Airbnb was extremely clean, cozy, and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. The space had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely love to come back, especially in the summer. Highly recommend!

My daughter and her fiancé staying for two nights to attend a 60's birthday party. They loved Kevins place and beautiful view of the lake. The large window was amazing. Kevin answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Kevin's place for anyone staying in the area.
