Beautiful place to unwind. Clean, neat, quiet and comfy. Wish we stayed a couple more nights! Definitely a place to revisit. Store and restaurant 2 minutes away just in case you forgot anything. Loved it!

This place was absolutely adorable! The views were spectacular straight out of your window. It was the perfect little getaway from my husband and I. Private and cozy. Kayaks were so fun as well!

Kevin's place boasts an incredible location, just a stone's throw from the enchanting town of Mystic—one of the most charming places I've ever visited! It perfectly embodies the picturesque, old-world charm that we often see in movies set in New England. The accommodation itself is immaculate and exceptionally clean, featuring a cozy reading nook with a bay window that truly enhances the relaxation experience of any vacation. Additionally, parking is conveniently located across the street and is very easy to navigate.

Everything about this place was great. Super clean, very comfortable beds and plenty of room. Kevin was a great host. Best part is that there is a great ice cream place a 2 minute walk away.

My husband and I recently stayed at this RV and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The RV was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to comfortable bedding—and we appreciated the little personal touches that made it feel like home. The RV was just the right size for the two of us, and everything was in great working order. We especially loved relaxing outside in the evenings; it was peaceful, and a perfect way to unwind after our days exploring the casinos nearby. The host, Kevin, was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend this RV for a relaxing getaway—whether you're seasoned campers or just looking for a unique, comfortable stay...or just want a relaxing night with your spouse.

Absolutely fantastic rental with gorgeous view of the lake and huge decks to enjoy the outdoors. Easy access to lake and all amenities. House was spotless and just as the pictures portrayed. Kevin was super responsive and great to communicate with. Excellent location with easy access to neighboring towns. Restaurants, gyms, outdoor venues and hikes located nearby. We rented both top and bottom units which gave us just enough space to spread out, but also easy to gather in either unit with plenty of space to spare. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Kevin for sharing your beautiful property with us. Maybe we will see what next summer brings. : )

We had an amazing little anniversary at this tiny home. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Beautiful lake and alot of fun with kayaks. Lots of great places to visit most just 10-15 minutes away.

This location is so beautiful and exactly as described. Definitely closer to other sites than I’d imagined but still felt very private! So many amenities, we loved the kayaks and the beach! Such a nice space and so peaceful! Perfect for a little getaway! Highly highly reccomend !!!

We had a very enjoyable stay and especially liked sitting on the tiny dock watching the bees buzz around. The tiny house was tiny as to be expected but we enjoyed it with just the two of us and spent most of the time lazing about on the bed. A well needed rest.

What a cute gem this was! We were looking for a place close enough to the Essex steam train and the New London Ferry and stumbled across Kevin’s listing. It was exactly what we were looking for. For how close the tiny homes are you really do feel private because of how they’re built and set up. It was SO quiet. Not in a negative way, just shocking because of in being an rv park. Perfect for a couple looking to unplug. The kayaking made the whole trip that much more special. We got out on the lake around 8. The water looked like glass and was so calm. 10/10 recommend!!! The solo stove was also a nice touch for the ones who hate smelling the smoke. I don’t have that problem but I know some do. Stay at Kevin’s tiny home!!!
