I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Kevin was incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. He provided clear instructions and recommendations for the area. The Airbnb was perfectly located–we hardly needed our car for the whole trip. My partner and I needed a nice relaxing get away where we could turn our brains off and staying here made that super possible. Can’t wait to return and book another stay with Kevin!

Kevin was very easy to work with and a great communicator. Everything I needed was on site. I appreciate it all the tips inside the cabin that were explain prior to my arrival. These tips helped my stay be very cozy and peaceful. I'll definitely be back when the weather is warmer. Thanks, Kevin.

It was such a peaceful few days there 😌 Time well spent in solace and I had a wonderful opportunity to go hiking nearby. I would absolutely do this again alone or with the right person.

This is my second time staying here, and it was perfect like the first time. It is exactly as described, Kevin is very friendly and easy to interact with, and check out being at 12pm makes life easier also. Very much worth what we paid, and I look forward to being back.

My man and myself were looking for a little getaway to disconnect from society, work, just life in general and this was the PERFECT spot. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Instructions were clear and given to us well before our arrival. The place was so cozy and just like the pictures. The view of the lake was beautiful during the sunrise and the sunset. The appliances were all ready for us and made us feel right at home. As someone who’s not too big of a fan of small spaces I could be there forever. The outside areas were fantastic though I’m sad we didn’t get to spend too much time out there due to weather but nonetheless it was amazing. There’s just enough spaces between the RVs where you feel like there’s nobody too close or too far away. We were very entertained and stress free during our stay. If you’re looking to disconnect from reality and society this is the perfect spot. Words cannot describe how happy I am with Kevin and the Island team for this visit! 😁

I surprised my girlfriend with this stay for her birthday. It’s a cozy camper feel with everything you need. The first night we walked around Niantic and went to 374 Kitchen. Our second day we spent walking around Old Saybrook, New London and Mystic and ate at The Shipwrights Daughter. We came at the end of fall so we didn’t swim or use the kayaks but in warmer months that would be a fun time too

My fiancé and I went away for our baby-moon and this was the place to stay! We relaxed SO much, the environment was so cozy, quiet, and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away! Kevin was an amazing host, EXTREMELY responsive and answered all our questions in a timely fashioned! He made us feel so welcomed. We had such a fantastic time and we would certainly love to come again!!

Our stay at Kevin’s tiny home was a perfect weekend getaway. The place was comfortable and relaxing, and the views were gorgeous! It was just a 20 minute drive into mystic and there’s a Costco nearby! It was a great trip, we would definitely go back!
