My family and I had a great trip to westerly to enjoy the beaches and amazing restaurants. Kevin’s place is exactly what we needed. It’s a great location 15 mins from amazing beaches and so many great restaurants. The place was spotless and well taken care for. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was magical. Very beautiful experience and Kevin was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely visit this cabin again. The kayak and lakes along with the view is such a win.

We only need a one night stay and wish we had longer!! The house was super comfortable and very clean, and the outdoor deck was very enjoyable. Kitchen had everything you needed and great restaurants around and right down the street from the beach!!

Place was perfect. Quiet and convenient. very close to town (1 mile walk or cheap uber) and a short short ride to the highway. Place was spotless and set up perfectly for a relaxing stay. I really loved the mini splits in each room and smart TVs for easy watching without a need for my roku. I would have stayed there this week if it was available again but it was spoke. for. I will definitely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this tiny house on the lake! The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and felt very safe and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Waking up to the view of the water was absolutely peaceful and serene; it truly felt like a retreat from the noise of everyday life. The lakefront setting is both scenic and calming, the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or wind down at sunset. Everything was just as described, if not better. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and rejuvenating getaway.

If you like ALL the good things that go along with being on a lake. Private, peaceful, well thought out amenities & close to everything then this is the spot. We enjoyed the tiny house because we choose to eat out or eat in but we have options. Beautiful dining in the area or cook the dine next to the fire. Enjoy your paddleboard, kayak, canoe or hang out & enjoy the views.

This gem was perfect for our trip to Mystic Seaport with our two toddlers. Right next to the seaport, it had tons of space and a great layout with a pack and play and washer dryer.
