This location was exactly as described and even nicer in person. It was our first tiny house adventure & it was great. The place was quiet and so peaceful. We felt very comfortable and safe.

Kevin’s place was awesome 🙌🏼 It was a surprise for my wife due to our anniversary and we really loved everything about ❤️ Kevin was very communicative and has clear intentions. Lots to do in the area👌🏼 We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone 🙌🏼 Won’t be disappointed 🫶🏼

Place was INCREDIBLE inside and out. The view from inside was fantastic, we had the best experience with the weather, beautiful day when it was light out and got to witness an amazing thunderstorm at night over the lake. The interior of the tiny home was immaculate, clean and welcoming. The exterior was set up perfectly with a fireplace and plenty of seating. The kayaks that were available and a dock right next to the trailer was a great touch. 100% will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay. All the logistics were easy to follow. The place is located right on a pretty lake and there were free water equipment (kayak, canoe, paddle boat) near the unit. Also, there was a nice fire pit. A great getaway place during the summer (and likely Fall too)!

Lovely stay at the Island RV Campground! Place was immaculate, clean, and even smelled brand new. Close to everything in Niantic should you want to leave the view and calmness provided by this tiny home. Kevin’s instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I’d come back again any chance I could get!
