House Rules

All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

This was magical. Very beautiful experience and Kevin was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely visit this cabin again. The kayak and lakes along with the view is such a win.

This cabin was exactly what we thought it’d be. Peaceful, calm, pristine, and just beautiful. The experience begins at the drive way when you pull off into a private entrance that already lets you know you’ll be in a forest retreat. The cabin itself was beautiful. Even though it is a tiny home, we didn’t feel it. Everything from the furniture selection, to the amenities, to the layout of the cabin was just beautifully thought out. This cabin literally had everything. A quick grocery trip to stock up the fridge and you’d never need to leave. The setting was also out of this world. The cabin being perched right against the river was a delight. The window almost framed the scenery like a painting. I’d definitely recommend getting here before sunset (we were not so lucky), for breathtaking sunset views over the river. Overall, highly recommend staying at Kevin’s cabin!

The tiny house was just the right size and had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable and right on the water. Everything I needed to know was sent to me in advance. The instructions were clear and concise keyless entry made it nice not to have to carry a key around. My favorite part was waking up to the view through the big window right next to the bed. I definitely will be back.
